Where & When:
We dance at the Na Makana Dance Studio in Paradise Park (in the back of Manoa Valley in Honolulu) 2-3 times a month, on Sunday evening. Because the date can vary, an email notification is sent out a few days prior to each dance session.
For more information or to receive dance notifications, send an email to [email protected].
Cost:
$5 per dance session.
Covid/Sickness Policy:
While we encourage everyone to be vaccinated against Covid and to get the most recent Covid booster shots as you are eligible for them, we are no longer requiring proof of vaccination to attend our IFDH dance sessions.
However, we ask that you refrain from attending a dance session if you have any symptoms of sickness, OR if you have recently been around someone who is sick—even if that sickness has not been identified as Covid. That’s because some people may feel sick but not realize they have Covid, and also because we don’t want people spreading other illnesses such as flu or colds as well as Covid.
Masking is not required but is encouraged for anyone who wants more protection for themselves and others they are near.
